1951 Riley RMB

1951 RILEY RMB 2.5 litre. This car was a fast car in its day and still easily keeps up with modern traffic and is a treat to drive. All mechanicals have been rebuilt. The motor has had various modifications including shell bearings and modern electronic ignition to make it more compatible with modern driving conditions. The motor is not yet in the chassis and has not been run since rebuilt. Boby work and timber has been completed to a high standard and preparation for painting has been started. The excellent original seats have been refurbished and re-coloured in the original red. It has new door cards, carpet, vinyl top and many other new parts including hood lining material.

I am confident the car is complete except for a few interior door handles and window winders.

The price nowhere near reflects the cost of parts and work done. I am happy to send photos. There is a very active Riley Car Club in NZ with a good source of parts. May consider trade for mobile vintage or classic car or pickup. Car in Hastings.
