The Register is a club for anyone with an interest in Pre War Riley Motor Cars that were built in Coventry between 1899 and 1940.

Motorised Rileys were first manufactured in Coventry in 1899, based on adapted existing pedal cycle designs. It soon became evident that adapting pedal cycles was not the way forward so in 1904 a completely new tricar was designed using the first Riley designed engine built in the Riley Engine Works by Percy Riley one of the 3 sons of William Riley the founder

The Club was founded in the early 1970s to celebrate the pride and passion of owning and driving a Riley and to provide mutual help and support for other Riley owners.

The Riley Motor Club is the original Riley factory club founded in 1925. It is for owners and enthusiasts of all Riley cars from 1896 to 1969 and has members worldwide.
